We have the vectors:

a(0,2p,p)   b(2,2,1)          c(-1,-2,-1)

1. Find vector d according to the condition: axb=cxd   and   axc=bxd

2. Proof that vectors a-d and b-c are colinear 

3. Find p according to the condition : (a-b)-c=a*c+p
