Your question is not clear but I'll interpret it as 'How much of $5 is $1.25 as a decimal and as a fraction?'

To first find a decimal, simply divide one by the other- 1.25/5 = 0.25. This means $5 * 0.25 = $1.25.

The fraction can be found by noticing 1.25/5 is the same as 1/4, or by starting with 0.25/1 and simplifying, for example:

0.25/1 = 25/100 = (1*25)/(4*25) =1/4.

Hope this helps!
