The question is slightly ambiguous but I'll assume you mean 'what is the answer to (7/8 * 22/7)-(19/16 - 3/8) as a fraction?'
To multiply fractions, simply multiply the numerators (top numbers) and denominators (bottom numbers) separately, so (7/8 * 22/7) becomes (7*22)/(8*7). Then notice 7/7 = 1 (any number divided by itself is 1), so (7*22)/(8*7)= 22/8.
To add or take away fractions, first make sure the denominators are equal; (19/16 - 3/8) becomes (19/16 - 6/16) by multiplying the second fraction by 2/2 (which is equal to 1)
Then take the numerators away leaving the denominator alone; (19/16 - 6/16) = (19-6)/16 = 13/16

Now all we have left is 22/8 - 13/16, which using the same techniques as before is: 44/16 - 13/16 = (44-13)/16 = 31/16.
Hope this helps! Let me know if any part is confusing

7/8(22/7)-(19/16-3/8)

22/8-(19-6/16)

22/8-13/16

44-13/16

31/16

The question is ( 7/8*22/7)-(19/6-3/8)

STEP 1: solve the first part which is ( 7/8*22/7) , numerator 7 and denominator 7 gets cancelled so it becomes 22/8

STEP 2: 22/8-(19/16-3/8)

STEP 3: solve the second part Take LCM (least common factor for 16 and 8) which will be 16.. so it becomes(19/16*16-(3/8*16))

which will be (19-6)/16=13/16

STEP 4; Now take LCM of both the terms 22/8-13/16 which will be 16, so it becomes(22/8*16-13/16*16) = (44-13)/16 =31/16

Pls let me know if you want any more help
