assume that, x-1 is one of factor to the given equation x^3+x^2+2=0

 then,         x-1| x^3+x^2+2|x^2+1

                        2 |2x^2+2

now, x^2+1=0

  from this equation we have to find the remaining factors of x,so we will use the formula

  x=-b(- or +)root(b^2-4ac)/2a

we will substitute the values of above equation in this formula then

  we will get ,1, root(1),-root(1)
