is -145 degree angle is an acute angle?

No, Acute angle is greater than 0 degree and less than 90 degrees. We can convert negative angle into positive angle by adding 360. So, -145+360=215 degrees. 215 degress is greater than 180 degrees so it is a reflex angle.
