If 3√5-2√2 is a square root of 53-12√10, then (3√5-2√2)^2 =  53-12√10

(3√5-2√2)^2 = (3√5)^2 - 2*3√5*2√2 +(2√2)^2 [ Since (a-b)^2 = a^2-2ab+b^2]

                   = 9*5 - 12√10 + 4*2 = 45+8 - 12√10

                   = 53-12√10

Thus prooved
