Which words are verbs in the following sentence?

 

Our teacher said she would relent on our deadline if we all worked harder than usual.

Verbs are doing words or words expressing actions.

Said , relent , worked are regular verbs and would is auxiliary modal verb. An auxiliary modal verb changes the

feeling of a sentence.

said is an action verb, would as axillary verb then relent as infinitive and worked as action verb.
