(4m+5):(3m+7)=13:17

(4m+5)/(3m+7)=13/17

17×(4m+5)=13×(3m+7)

(17×4m)+(17×5)=(13×3m)+(13×7)

68m+85=39m+91

68m-39m=91-85

29m=6

m=6/29

Answer=6/29

(4m+5):(3m+7)=13:17

solution:-

L-H-S

(4m+5):(3m+7)

we can also write this

4m + 5 / 3m + 7

R-H-S

13 : 17

13/17

Compare LHS and RHS

13/17 = 4m + 5 / 3m + 7

13(3m + 7) = 17(4m + 5)

39m + 91 = 68m + 85

68m - 39m = 91 - 85

29m = 6

m = 6/29 Ans
