once check the problem,given problem is wrong,i can explain the way of solve the problem.

we will put the 9x in the place of 3x we will get answer for this problem.

=-2x^2-9x-4/x+4

now we rewrite the given equation

here we write,9x=8x+x

=>-(2x^2+8x+x+4)/x+4

 now,-(2x^2+8x+x+4)/x+4

    -(2x(x+4)+(x+4))/x+4

   in both variables we x+4 as common,so we take it out

 -(x+4)(2x+1)/x+4

now we cancel the x+4 in both numanetor and denaminator then we will get,-(2x+1)
